Scene:
Riding a bike up the street, past a kid walking out to his car with the radio on, past a woman mowing her lawn (electric mower with a cord) – credits roll down and across, including nonsensical text and information, besides names and titles, for instance: Casting: Chris Todd, HP 202, MP 80, weak against ice, sophistication; here is where a big kid used to live, he ate grilled cheese sandwiches one after the other at the goodbye party the day before they moved; back there, the house where an old guy fell asleep smoking, burned his house down; Wikipedia entries for chickadee, jelal al-din rumi; craigslist postings for model trains, etc.
James rides on up the hill—it’s Rolling Rd, or someplace very much like it; he’s a recent high-school graduate, wearing a backpack, on a bike from when he was shorter, with a tennis racket on the handlebar—and into the park. --a whistling chorus ~Andrew Bird
Flash of a different day, light in the leaves, looking up, a summer’s meeting that took place there, where the path runs between houses with a chain-link fence. (This is the end of the credits, where your name goes: Director: Jess Hobbs.)
